Jane M. Butschie
Paralegal Jane M. Butschie is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and has worked with Mark Stiebel for over 25 years. She shares his philosophy of working efficiently, responding readily to clients, and always doing one's best.
Over the years, Jane's role has evolved from assistant to paralegal. While pursuing her paralegal certificate, Jane maintained an A average while working full-time. During this time, she also assisted in the opening of a new law firm and never missed one of her son James' sporting events—a testament to her ability to successfully manage priorities.
Jane's eagerness to learn and decades of service have made her an invaluable part of Mark's practice. The firm's clients often interact with her on the phone, through e-mail, or occasionally in face-to-face conferences. Jane enjoys being able to assist clients with those issues that do not require an attorney's input, keeping client costs down and freeing Mark to handle matters that need an attorney's knowledge or skill.
Jane's other responsibilities include managing the office, interacting with retirement plan administrators on administrative issues, billing, and firm accounting. She is always ready to pitch in when there is work to be done and is constantly working for the betterment of the firm. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her capability, cheerful demeanor, and commitment to service.
